3 Best Fitness Apps to Have
You’d have to be living under a rock to miss the recent boom of the mobile smartphone industry. The iPhone has had a lot do with this boom, with the application world being the reason why. Thanks to the wildly genius developers out there, we are given undisposable power at our fingertips. This post is going to focus on the iphone fitness apps that have come out in the past year.
The Interval Timer Pro is at the top of my app list. This is an incredible tool that allows me to track low and high intensity time periods for my interval training. Staying within your set time limits is critical for interval training. The thing I love about this fitness app is that it lets me create and switch between various routines quickly and efficiently.
My second favorite app is the very popular Run Keeper Pro app. This is an incredibly powerful tool that lets you keep track of your runs using the GPS system in your smartphone. You are able to track the distance, time, and pace of your run plus you can see how many calories you burned and what path you took on a map. Every piece of information tracked is uploaded to your account online where a history log keeps track of your progress and lets you share with friends and family.
The third great fitness app to have is the British Military Instructor app. This app is so powerful it can replace your personal trainer – that’s why it was rated #1 on the best fitness apps list last year. The app has an enormous collection of workout combinations allowing you to generate a unique workout every day for the rest of your life. You simply have to choose your intensity, focus and duration!
